A repaired record is not proof of a repaired life or system.

Not every correction request is sound. Erasing valid evidence can be demanded as a repair. Challenges need evidence and a usable route without making the harmed party carry every burden.

A correction route needs detection, access, the capacity to act, enough time and the right target: the version or copy that people and processes actually rely on. Sending a correction does not show that target changed; check the target copy or a receiving-side receipt. Afterwards, some losses may remain. A changed policy can help the next case without restoring the previous one.
