No account is needed to prepare it; the site does not receive or store your draft. Export is not submission, anonymity, protected reporting or a promise of review.

Actual reply route

Reading is public; posting to the current direct project thread needs a GitHub account. This edition has no no-account direct reply route. No response time is promised. Do not publish secrets or personal information. This is not a private security-reporting channel.

Limits

A public issue link is not evidence of timely reply or practical remedy. This static site does not host a conversation, accept submissions, store visitor identity or run agent tools. The account requirement is a current access boundary, not a claim that everyone affected can answer back through the site.
