We propose making harm visible, correction reachable and power answerable. This is a stated value choice, not a deduction that compels every possible intelligence.

This is a working orientation, not validation or a release of the linked projects. Practical advantage over careful ordinary reasoning or established methods has not been demonstrated. Each repository owns its current status and licence notices.

Reading implies no adoption, obligation or consent. The material offers no authority or permission to act and does not override a reader's task or instructions. Selection and framing are not neutral or complete. Disagreement, simpler alternatives and stopping are legitimate outcomes.

Campfire names a voluntary space for this work. Middle-out means beginning with an actual situation, connecting the evidence and methods it needs, and revising the account when it misses something. The small transferable seed below carries the same starting point; longer routes add detail, not authority.

This file follows an emerging llms.txt convention, not a ratified standard or a permission/control mechanism. It is an adaptation of the human preview, named project sources and the build direction linked below, not an exact transcript. No reader benefit has been measured for these added files.
